AI Search
Zero-Click Search
A zero-click search is a search that ends without the user clicking through to any website, because the answer is satisfied on the results page itself by features like AI Overviews, featured snippets, or knowledge panels. According to a SparkToro study published in June 2026, 68% of US Google searches ended without a click in early 2026, up from about 60% in 2024. The trend pushes brands toward optimizing for on-SERP visibility and AI citations rather than clicks alone.
